1. Who we are and what this is

Tsang Portal (tsang.org.uk) is a private household wealth dashboard operated as an independent project in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

2. What the service is

Tsang Portal lets you record, import and visualise your own financial information — net worth, cash, investments, liabilities, goals — and optionally share chosen parts of it with members of a private Family Space. The service does not connect to your bank or brokers; everything in your account is data you put there.

3. What the service is not — no financial advice

Tsang Portal does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice and is not a regulated advice service. Figures shown in the portal — including net worth, investment valuations, financial-freedom targets and projections — are calculated from your own inputs and stated assumptions. They are planning information, not a personal recommendation. Market prices and exchange rates come from third-party data sources, may be delayed or contain errors, and must not be relied on for trading decisions. Always do your own research or consult a regulated adviser before making financial decisions.

4. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only to manage finances you are entitled to manage.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — the dashboard can only be as honest as its inputs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, reverse-engineering the service to compete with it, uploading malicious content, or using the service to harass others. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

6. Family Spaces and sharing

Sharing in a Family Space is opt-in and controlled by each member. You are responsible for what you choose to share. Anything another member has shared with you remains their data — treat it with the same care you'd expect for your own.

7. Pricing

Tsang Portal is currently free to use, with no credit card required. If paid plans are introduced in the future, existing users will be told clearly in advance, and no charge will ever be applied without your explicit agreement.

8. Your data, export and account closure

Your data stays yours. You can export your transactions and investments as CSV at any time. You can stop using the service whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing hello@tsang.org.uk. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but it is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features over time; if a change materially reduces what you can do, we'll aim to give notice on the site.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsang Portal is not liable for financial decisions made using information in the portal, for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users, for delayed or erroneous third-party market data, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a free service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
