How do Family Spaces work?

Who can see my financial data?
Only you, unless you explicitly share something. Data is tied to your account and protected by authentication and row-level security. Family members see only the items you choose to share, and nothing is ever visible to other households.
How are market prices and exchange rates updated?
Investment prices and FX rates are refreshed from market data sources while you use the dashboard. Depending on the market and source, prices can be slightly delayed — they are indicative valuations for tracking, not live trading quotes.
Can I export my data and delete my account?
Yes. You can export your transactions and investments to CSV at any time, so you are never locked in. To close your account and have your data deleted, email hello@tsang.org.uk and we will remove it.
Does Tsang Portal give financial advice?
No. Tsang Portal is a tracking and planning tool. Figures such as your financial-freedom target are calculated from your own inputs and published assumptions — they are planning information, not regulated financial advice or a personal recommendation.
